Whats the worst site that you have encountered for accessibility?

i have been doing alot of research work using https://accesslumens.com, you can find them in the research pages. If you have encountered anything worst of accessibility in your experience, i really want to check the scores and see my tool is inline with your experiences.

So… an ad for a service you’ve built[1] that’s one more axe-core wrapper, presented as an open question? Flagged.
