What would you build on bitesize.io?

I've been sitting on this domain for a few years, it's on a for-sale landing but I'd rather build something on it, I think it has potential. All the ideas I had don't really click (newsletter, digest tool, dashboard to compare AI models at a glance). Curious to see if you guys have any input.
