Strongman Argument for Trump?

Genuine takes only fellas.

What are some good reasons for US going down this road? What is the leadership seeing on a global scale that we aren’t? Are there chess pieces being moved that will have an impact in a decade or more?

What is "good" contextually here?

If you believe in zero-sum I win you lose, then much of this policy is aiming to do precisely that. Badly executed but that's the intent.

I don't believe in that, I genuinely believe in mutuality even between competing parties, build a bigger economy stuff, and so most-favoured-nation multilateral free trade.

This is not my world view. I can't steelman this well, but I think that's where you go here.

BTW you are a young, low karma account. That has implications for many people.

The end of US hegemony. Opportunities for gains via insider trading. These people are not and never have been playing chess, you’re watching a game of tic-tac-toe where the first player starts in a corner.

Did you mean "steelman" here, as in an argument that is the strongest that the person presenting it knows (and possibly better than he or she believes)?
