Why does this website exist?

Sorry, this is my first time posting here, and I don't know how to provide both the link and the content in the post itself.

For context: This site keeps getting prioritized by DuckDuckGo over the actual website (It's FOSS), and it got to a point I saw someone link it here on HN. The content is entirely AI written and I sincerely don't get what's the point of this website and why it has such a strong SEO.

it has popup with redirect to malware so it would seem to be a malware distributor

I reported it to gitlab weeks ago and they don't give a fuck that they are hosting a malware distributor.
