How do you minimize dependence on US-based infrastructure?

With Donald current shenanigans and for companies operating in Europe and/or Latin America: are you doing anything to ensure your business can continue if major US infrastructure providers become inaccessible (for geopolitical, regulatory, or sanctions-related reasons)?

If yes, what stack choices and operational practices helped most (cloud, identity, observability, comms, CI/CD, payments, support tooling, backups)?

If you want to be extremely resilient with your infrastructure, you should be multi-cloud anyway. So you can rely on US infra like AWS and also something like Hetzner. Then you're still good if the US stuff goes crazy.

Eliminate Microsoft, Google and Apple as any critical point-of-failure. Prepare to operate with zero (or adversarial) aftermarket support.
