How do you make sure that your source code does not leak?
Assuming you have a successful startup, and would like to work with a remote first policy, what sort of technical measures do companies usually take to protect their IP (besides contracts,litigation etc)
Don't hire North Korean spies. Maybe don't use GitHub (it's too easy to accidentally make repos public).
