How can I stop Google search AI overview from spoilers?

I’ve had multiple times where I googled something about a movie, TV show, or book and the AI summary had spoilers of the ending as the first result

For example I googled “What is book X about?” and the AI summary told me the main character dies in the end.

Has anyone found a way to get rid of this or avoid this problem?

Should I just stop using Google?
