Surely attempts to block archive.is are more likely to be Kremlin based as that would stop dissemination of journalistic information in favour of more easily manipulated YouTube and Tiktok video.

Surely an archive site is fairly neutral. The worst you can argue is bypassing copyright, but also avoiding server overload (‘hugs of death’) which we’ve all seen it frequently used to avoid. Is that naïve? Is there some key info or background that this post completely omits?
