What is the interesting use case of humanoid robotics?

I don't think there's a use case that really "works" yet at the moment and the exploration is still undergoing

curious if anyone have seen an interesting use case of humanoid robotics that "works"

I agree crash test dummy could be useful. Maybe the impact tests could actually improve the internal models by giving them training data on severe incidents.

Personally I would love to just be able to say "hey go get me $tool from the shop" and have it returned to me a bit later. Maybe I could ask about its journey and it can tell me about almost slipping on the ice outside while I'm busy working on whatever.

I like the idea of a crash test dummy.

If you want a robot that does back flips and dance moves, they've got you covered pretty well

Misdirection from previous next big thing failures. Propping up stock prices.
