Dashboard not loading. Assets from CDN not loading.

I'm noticing very high latencies accessing my sites. Nonproxied they work fine. Also, friends in the MENA region says the sites are fast.

Not completely down, but have experienced high latencies here in France. It seems better now.

Down for me in Serbia (Europe).I can't load their dashboard and I can't access my site. It says "SSL handshake failed" but my web server has valid certificate and it's up.Seems they have some issues again and of course nothing on their status page.
