Any other Google Fiber uses having issues

I have Google Fiber and just this morning many sites are timing out, including Hacker News. Though I can access some sites (Google for example) which is super strange. I connected to Nord VPN using Atlanta and everything comes back working 100%. I'm guessing maybe a Google Fiber peer is having issues?

My first instinct was must be DNS, but I am using CloudFlare (1.1.1.1) and can successfully dig:
