How to get Braintree Sales to answer?
I work at a medium-sized NGO in germany. We've been collecting donations via a Paypal business account for years but now want to use the Braintree https://www.braintreepayments.com/ API to offer recurring donation options. We already process a large amount of recurring donations via SEPA processing and want to expand that to allow Paypal as a payment method. The sandbox and API of Braintree seem fine - but the Braintree Sales team is ghosting me.
I've called the Paypal business support many times and will always be told it's not their area but they will forward the request. The only other option is to use a form on the website, which I have done.
No reply, no nothing.
Does anyone have similar experiences? Is there a nonofficial way to get their attention? I don't understand how a "sales" team can just leave business on the table like this.
