Any (true) technical support line at Meta?

Hey y'all, I need some help and went a long shot asking here :)

My friend is an owner of the local gym which he promotes on a couple Facebook pages. Recently he lost access (story like many) and after couple of days unsucessful attempts seeing him stress about it I volunteered to help.

We logged in and I've done some systems investigation after which I'm 95% confident that the problem lies on the data side (especially since Facebook did some migration recently).

From my experience it screams "migration bug" all over the place. I.e. there's no indication page was ever connected to his account, no recovery mechanism confirm its existance, the page itself is dormant and it doesn't list any responsible entities. Meta's Business page is full of weird data and placeholders, e.g. phone number and e-mails listed as "()", missing avatar photo, plenty of redirection loops, data entity shows on listing, but details page redirect to other listing where there's nothing and so on.

But it's Meta so getting any direct support is hard and even then all support requests ends up with "reset your password" automated guidance. I'd like to help to escalate but failed to find any contact point that could help with it - we're trying standard bashing head against the wall technique.

Does anyone know some kind of process/procedure/contact point I could reach to escalate and could share it?

you could try rearranging the letters in Meta to Meat

Then pop along to your local burger takeaway and order a Meat Zuckerburger Meal.

Gobble that down

I find that always helps

A friend had this recently when her ex-husband left home. He knew her passwords obviuously. password reset and account restore attempts did not work for her.
