Claude, OpenAI, Janitor, and Character.AI down in the last 2 hours?

Was wondering if anyone noticed a specifically-high outage rate for AI-based services this afternoon and evening.There was also Meta Services down as well (Instagram [1], WhatsApp [2], Facebook Core [3]). OpenAI has been down, but Claude and Meta services are working fine for me
