Which website SEO analysis tool would you recommend?

As a startup aiming to improve website rankings, which website SEO analysis tool is more user-friendly and effective? I have already tried the free version of SEMRush, as well as other tools that claim to be free but require a paid subscription for full access. I found inconsistencies in their traffic statistics and keyword analysis results.

Ahrefs is the winner for me - it's not cheap but it's very good.

If you're budget friendly I'd look at With Telescope dot com. It's PAYG and very cheap, though not as good as Ahrefs

What are the inconsistencies? None of these tools will be perfect. They don't have backend access to Google's servers. It is all approximate because the long tail is stuff like "buy kubernetes course discnt cide"

But they are great for keyword ideas especially when there is more than one way to search for something.

Ahrefs.com is quite good, but their pricing is a nightmare. And they change it constantly, not in your favor. Semrush is pretty good too, but not quite as good IMO.

Expensive, but Ahref. And have google search console. Seo = google search optimization

Ahrefs or SEMRush Toss a coin and choose between the two.

not really for analysis but I built a tool that auto-generates some SEO metatags and it has a really thorough checklist to go through, along with linking to useful tools. check it out:

For SEO analysis, *Ahrefs* stands out as an excellent tool due to its comprehensive features. It provides detailed insights into keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and competitor analysis, making it ideal for improving search visibility. *SEMrush* is another top choice, offering robust tools for keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical audits, with added benefits like social media management.

If you're seeking a user-friendly and affordable option, *Ubersuggest* is great for beginners, offering actionable recommendations and keyword tracking. For technical SEO enthusiasts, *Screaming Frog SEO Spider* excels at identifying site issues like broken links or duplicate content. Additionally, *Google Search Console* is indispensable for monitoring organic performance and identifying crawl errors, and it’s free!

Ultimately, the choice depends on your needs—Ahrefs and SEMrush are perfect for comprehensive strategies, while Ubersuggest and Google Search Console work well for smaller projects.
