How do Chrome extension developers reach out to users for feedback?

I've just built my first Chrome extension. It's featured and has 36 users. And I don't know where to go from here.My thinking is that I should be talking to users and learning about what new features they might want/what they might dislike about the extension.I have included a 'send feedback' button in the extension, but none of them seem to be using it.They just download it and use it silently.

For mine, I used a combination of a feature suggesting form (which worked well, it links to GitHub discussions) and an uninstall form.
