I am curious to understand how do you differentiate you SaaS? There are hundreds of ways to do same thing yet a fraction of people always succeed. For example, CRM, Content Marketing, Sales, Writing code, observability etc.

How do you differentiate in the market? What are ways to convince people to buy your software.
