A bit tangential, but I've been working on this API that supports WhatsApp groups that may be useful for capturing the chats to be moderated.

There's a reason Telegram bots are so popular. Whatsapp API can become quite pricey. And all the hoops you have to jump through just to get API access, it's ridiculous.

Test and perfect on Telegram. Deploy to Whatsapp when you are ready to open your wallet.
