Have you changed your top color on HN?

The default is 55b6f2 - most HN screenshots look the same. so I'm wondering if anyone's changed it!

No. In general I prefer not to fiddle with preferences. If a site/app/OS has a decent set of defaults, I'll just use that. Attempts to optimize it are rarely significant improvements, and usually just lead to bike-shedding (spending more time arguing about the color than actually building).

I kept the default, but use a browser plugin for dark mode.
