What's your tips and tricks for the job seeker entering 2025?

I, like many people, are entering the job market again and preparing to do a job search. What are the courses, tools, blog posts, and etc. that were useful to you as you were looking for a job? What tools did you use for your CV/Resume? Are cover letters still a thing?

I personally anticipate finding a job through my network but that won't be the case for many people. What advice do you have for people applying on job boards? I've been told that using LLMs like ChatGPT can help pull out keywords and craft a message to get your application a higher rank on the sourcer's stack.

Hiring Managers and Recruiters, What are the trends you're experiencing? What are the tools and paradigms in demand? I personally don't have a lot of ML/AI experience so I anticipate going through some relatively simple course to get the concepts and language around it down.
