How are you guys using AI to improve productivity on a day-to-day basis?

Have been trying to think about things I can do in my job as a software professional, personal growth, chores, kids learning etc. There are so many facets where we can potentially use AI to improve the throughout.WOuld love to hear what folks have done.

I am currently at day 7 of testing out Cursor, which is sort of like VSCode but with heavy LLM integration.
While it has it flaws, I have found it pretty good at a lot of boilerplate-type tasks that will take me too long to write. Think things like writing Bash scripts, or Github Actions.
The coolest thing I've done with it so far is that I've written a Vite plugin for my blog, without much prior experience writing one.

I haven't figured out how to use genAI to improve productivity without decreasing quality, to be honest, nor have my coworkers.
