Is that broadly true across small airlines and a pain that small airlines broadly feel? What's the actual cost difference between sticking with that and whatever you're offering (including onboarding)?
This is also something that is tightly coupled to manufacturers just for safety and liability, maybe moreso than any other industry of its size. I know in some heavy machinery industries manufacturers frequently actively work with their customers (and include things like realtime data) to do preventative maintenance already. How do existing relationships factor in to your plan?
I'd say that a) you should be able to answer these reflexively and definitively before trying to sell anything b) realize that I'm some rando on a site and there's probably a bigger set of important industry-specific questions you need to be able to answer as well.
