At work I am looking at any AI-powered tools which can assist a QA team at their tasks - mainly test creation, analysis and planning.
We have a big backend (relatively large configuration space, Java) with a number of frontend apps on it (Legacy Vaadin / Angular).
We have looked at several vendors so far, but I am still not certain of benefits they might provide. The space is crowded with commercials and praises (many of which appear to be AI generated :) ) - so I'm having a hard time navigating it.
So, a shoutout here: Are you using AI in the QA process? If so, do you have any positive experiences you might share?
(either dedicated commercial/open source tools, or ways to utilize general tools, such as ChatGPT etc)
Edit: some Reddit threads I'm browsing atm:

God, no. AI represents the antithesis of quality.
