First I worked on a unified chatbot for multiple models, but failed to get any traction for it, perhaps because of the many competitors that exist. I made it open source and released it.
Since then, I pivoted to making branded & whitelabelled chatbots for your business. Problem: 24/7 availability to answer customer questions for business owners who have more inbound than they can handle, think branded chatbots for coaches answering user questions in their specific style.
Spent 2 months making an MVP, and started sales and marketing recently.
Marketing efforts attempted: cold outreach to ~50 contacts in AI coaching fields from LinkedIn, cold messaging on Discord to people I find talking about building AI chatbots for their coaching businesses on Discord.
Been getting a lukewarm response from everyone I talk to or actually mostly no response.

I was thinking to transition to website customer support chatbots but it looks like a heavily saturated market already.
Is there any direction for me with this idea or is it time to figure out something else again?
I have learnt the most from this website and asked because I have the most trust in the people here.
On the marketing side, these kind of products are only used by big companies and selling to them is a specialized and expensive pursuit.
