These companies (Infosys, Tcs etc.) pays peanuts compared to other reputed companies. The number of candidates for these mass recruiters is so high, it often reduces the average salaries.
If you only consider good colleges and good companies, the number would be around
Fresh: $10k - $20k
3-5 YOE: $20 - $35k
>5 YOE - >$35k
