JavaScript program, that can screenshot a region which is a chess board

Apologize if not appropriate Does anyone know a Javascript chess related codes/tool/program, that can, being like a browser addon, screenshot a region which is a chess board image then automatically interpreting it into text of EPD or PGN notation ? Or just guve any guidance, hint or other help to it which'd be appreciated
