Starlink Competitor Without Musk?

Is there anything on the horizon (or over it...) that might compete with Starlink for internet access?

It seems like a wonderful, revolutionary service, and Musk deserves a lot of credit for his part in making it real. But I find his Twitter shenanigans and spiraling descent into politics to be pretty disturbing and don't really want to support his companies.

Will there be any alternatives anytime soon?

The owner also has politics, but they may be more amenable to your prejudices. I gather the FCC is very eager to help them get running too.

There is https://oneweb.net/ but they only sell through other comms companies (like Telstra in Australia)

In what space?

There's several satellite providers in GEO, MEO and LEO that compete with SpaceX already. Did you think SpaceX invented SATCOM?

you'd want what exactly? 10 times more small satellites in the {or}bits (i never noticed ...)?
