How to properly sell a premium domain?

With the introduction of the '.now' top level domain, I bought some domains that i think would be worth a decent amount of money. Instead of just posting them on my registrar's marketplace for some made up sum (my registrar doesn't offer auctions) is there a better way to go about this?

- How can i accurately price them?

- Do i "market" them or will potential buyers just find me?

- Do i just make a "For Sale" holding page with my contact info and wait for someone to reach out?

- Is there some third party that can do all of the above for me?

- etc...

Can someone who has gone through a similar process shed some light on what to look out for?

Thanks!

Check out https://dan.com / soon to be merged into afternic. You just have to change DNS or verify with a DNS entry on your registrar to add them to your account. They have a feature that does price estimates so you can get a starting value (or make up your own). They'll do all the holding page creation and put the sites in their searchable database etc so buyers will 'find' you. (will they be looking? who knows)
