According to Apple [1], the M4 iPad Pro has the "world's most advanced display." Whether that makes it better than a MacBook Pro depends on what you mean by "better." You can find the specs and compare them, and then decide for yourself which qualifies as "better" depending on what matters to you.
For me, the M4 iPad Pro seems better than a MacBook in several ways, including the display, but other people find the MacBook better for their uses.
