Jumping from FAANG – Startup

Question

I know this question has been asked before but I feel it's a moving target. We seem to mostly be coming out of the economic dry spell from 2021-2024Q2, and startups might be the place to be again, soon.After floating around in faang companies for a while (5 YOE) I'm moving to a startup to see what kind of work I can pull off there.Any tips? Anyone done this move recently?

Keep in mind that a startup really needs people who can build end define entire systems with minimal requirements, and not just operate within a well defined framework. It feels like so many ex faangs I have interviewed were too accustomed to being siloed.
