What's the best resource for every brain-boosting food/supplement?


I know Lion's mane apparently helps memory, along with other mushrooms and herbs. Is there some website with every single science-backed herb, food, supplement or chemical that has strictly positive benefits? Esp if there is a way to rank by "scientific confidence" in their efficacy.

Your perspective reveals much of our age of "scientific confidence", etc.

All those decades the FDA had it all wrong, about artificial sweetener, about sugar, about ultra processed foods, even about which foods are good for our hearts.

Now you want those lab coats to decide what is good for your brain.

Firstly, our minds, bodies, and metabolisms work along widely varying dimensions. For instance over a quarter of with world's population seems to like ginsing, and it gives me a headache.

As for that other stuff, even metrics are "subjective" (I hate what that means to laypersons, some kind of arbitrary thought and emotional free for all.) from my perspective, I have had good results taking 100mg 5-HTP and 3000mg Acetyl L-Carnitine on an empty stomach (I know, hard for you) at night before going to bed (it might give you a mild stomach twinge when all those capsules dissolve, drink plenty of water.)

This will be so helpful,your language skills will improve (writing and speaking.)

You'll have to take a break every few weeks (when it seems like you have to pee all the time.)

Just think of all that, and tell me what scientific reporting would advise this (low end) cognitive enhancement?

There are dozens of similar solutions, individuals have to know their own bodies and try things for themselves (fine tuning and all.)

Modern science worship is little more than a social cult when relied upon for such certainties.

Keep a journal, do your own research.
