I'm a bit high inertia, once I'm going on something I usually keep going, but getting moving takes energy. I've got the time, so that's not really the issue.
Any tips or tricks to get motivated? I've seen some people who seem to somehow trick themselves into getting dopamine hits off of even somewhat boring work or practice. I always wished I could replicate that somehow
For example i tie my "exercise everyday" routine to one-hour/half-hour before my shower (daily activity). You can use any everyday event as the trigger to suit your required activity.
Find one user. I discovered that someone interested in using something I produce makes me very likely to actually work on it.
