What are the best tools for guerrilla marketing?

Hi there are there any free legal tools to pr your app while bootstrapping?

(We are creating Futudo, a tool to control your life and improve it as a result. We are 6 month old and we are still bootstrapping so run rate is till the EOY. Please help us with advise if you know those tools. Plusses in KARMA)
