Social Experts, what is your thought about WhatsApp channels?

I’m running my own channel but currently it’s invisible on WhatsApp. You can’t find the channel via the search function. You can only find it by using the link.

I guess this is necessary gate keeping to ensure quality?

I’m also following one local news channel via WhatsApp. It’s quite convenient. One or two items per day are shared. It’s useful and anonymous.
