Employee subscription tracking – what do you use?

As the number of employees grows, how do you/your company keep track of all the subscriptions your staff has (Google, Slack, Hubspot, Expensify, etc etc).How do you ensure that when an employee leaves you don't accidentally keep paying for a service?Any tool/service recommendation is appreciated! Thanks!

Some of our customers use https://www.spendesk.com/en/solutions/ If a card fails or an unapproved charge (e.g. price increase) doesn't work then their automated emails are pretty confusing for us, the service provider. But seems to work fine for them. (We're too small of a company to use such a solution ourselves)

Does your company issue purchase cards to each employee? They should get their own monthly statements and can make expense reports for their bosses.
