Best AI Tools for Spreadsheets

I am trying to use AI to help me with common spreadsheet tasks like:

* Formatting ("make this table look professional with headers, colors, and formats") * Turning PDFs into Excel * Visualizations & graphs * and more

I am frustrated with using ChatGPT where I have to upload a file, provide a prompt, then review the updated file that is generated (which is usually wrong).

Does anyone have any suggestions? I had hoped this would be baked directly into Excel via CoPilot but it's not :(
