How to increase conversion on SaaS tool or website?

I have significant experience in getting conversions on Freelance sites, but how do increase conversion rate, if I cannot talk to user?

Current user conversion over last 30 days is 10% . Out of which I have personally initiated contact with 7% and received a reply from 3% only
