What is your recommended podcast publishing platform?
I am thinking of starting a podcast in the near future.
I have looked at Megaphone (it's at $99 per month).
What do you think?
Any better services you can think of?

If you want to start from scratch Spotify is great.
Else get a ghost blog with Podcast theme over a custom domain and grow your network.
