How do you find a new book to read?

Not really interested in the book I am reading, don't know what to read instead. So, how do you all find new books to read? Feel free to suggest a book as well!

Recommendations from people I follow on Twitter. Interviews from people on traditional TV promoting their book. Also, I can't count how many times from just strolling through the local library I've picked up a book which has caught my eye, borrowed it and thorougly enjoyed the book.
