What's Your Favorite Game Dev Video Lecture?

I'm absolutely loving the video presentations from GDC: https://www.youtube.com/@Gdconf And wanted to find more non-GDC video lectures about making of video games, game design, board games, game mechanics, or generally gamificaiton.

My favorites so far have been: "How I got my Mom to play through Plants vs Zombies" , "Designing Marvel Snap", and "Balancing Mechanics for Your Card Game's Unique Power Curve"

What's your favorite?

I liked "The Best and Most 'Stealable' Mechanics from Tabletop RPGs"

I like discovering clever boardgame mechanics and finding ways to incorporate them into video games.

Thanks for the heads up on "Balancing Mechanics for Your Card Game's Unique Power Curve". Very relevant for me right now!

GDC videos are great. Maybe too specific and also more related to technical artist but I found the videos Martin Donald put together really nice: https://youtu.be/KfphtLRoUB0?si=FkYb5F8Wui79mQzb

Unfortunately there are only a handful, but quality over quantity right.

I like the fallout creators channel. It's more reflections on his past projects, but lots of nuggets in there that apply to any software project / company.
