Do tech companies reject job candidates who would be happier as indies?
A job candidate might have the ability to do a great job at a tech company, but the interviewer might think they would be happier as an indie and reject them as a result?
They certain can reject you for a wide range of reasons but I think most of them are more interested in what is good for them (filling the job) than they are in how happy that’s going to make you.
