Does your company's HR maintain deny lists?

I was wondering if, in case you're critical about some aspect of a company, their HR will have monitoring in place and put you on a deny list and refuse any attempts to work there.

I've been critical of major tech companies but, they are so large, it only applies to a certain department or strategy. It wouldn't prevent me from working there, in some cases.

Are HR departments monitoring this for vetting job candidates? Is there a paid service that does this?
