Are YouTube and other Google services this bad, or is it just me?

I posted a 30 second trailer to Youtube for a video game I'm developing. There are no copyright issues or anything that would violate Youtube's rules.

Without contacting me or notifying me, they removed the video. In youtube studio, the reason is "Terms and policies" with no additional information. In their user guides, they say you can appeal it by hovering over that UI element, but there is no option that I can see.

There are also no options to file a ticket and contact support generally. I posted on the Google community forum and my post was quickly removed, again without giving a reason or notifying me.

Am I the only one who has had to deal with this? They force everyone on their platforms and then lock regular people out before they even get a chance to start.

Am I wrong that this is completely unacceptable:

1. Remove video without notifying you.

2. Not give any reason for the removal

3. Not give any way to contact or appeal

Edit: Even though they deleted my forum question, maybe they noticed and ended up allowing the video because it's no longer in the "removed" state.

I remember when people said the same thing about AT&T before deregulation. Their customer service was abysmal because it could be. What other option did you have?
