Lightweight desktop client for managing pull requests?

Question

I'm frequently working on the go where I'll only have 1-2 bars of 4G/5G and the web UI for BitBucket is extremely slow.I'm looking for a desktop app that would let me make and manage Pull Requests in Bitbucket from my local machine, without my web browser. Preferably free or with a lifetime purchase option. A quick search doesn't really turn up anything.

I know that Jetbrains can do this inside the IDEs if you use Github, but I'm not sure if it also supports Bitbucket. Have you checked already?There was also a VScode extension for something similar, but also for Github unfortunately.

I don't know if it's lightweight or not but I like the GitKraken app. I use it very occasionally when I need to do something advanced or tricky.

I haven't used it in years but you might want to check out Sublime Merge; it's from the developers of Sublime Text which is known for being lightweight and having good performance.
