Which version of Java do you use?
What is your opinion on Java in 2024? Which Java version do you use?
1.8 for shamefully old stuff, 11 for moderately old stuff, 22 for current stuff, random for software that annoyingly embeds a JRE.
We just recently switched from 11 to 17 for almost everything but Nexus and Lucee 5 (which both support only 11).
