Are there any services similar to GitHub Actions that support GitHub Actions Marketplace and also have arm64 and arm32 runners?

At Ubicloud, we have ARM64 runners. They are compatible with Github Runners. It is just one line change in your workflow file. It is also 6x more cost effective than Github Runners (btw. our x64 runners are 10x more cost effective)
