3 things:

1. abandon, freely. Archive, move on. work on something else. 2. simplify, harshly. cut all features. only one remaining feature to do: "release" 3. Breather, take a break, re-discover why to do the project. What are hurdles? move around them.

Lately one of my projects was dragging on, and I realised a few things: I didn't want to abandon it, but even "simplifying" made the project worthless. The hurdle was that I was trying to make it a "Product" and live that "side-hustle" life, but i really don't want a second job, so I moved around it by turning it into an opensource thing instead (still in the works of making it 1-to-1 with what I had, but it's a breath of fresh air now, instead of a weight around my neck)

Break the project task down to as granular of tickets as you can.

Depends on why it is stuck.
