How can I find industry in distress for sale?

In some countries, there's something called "redressement judiciaire" in French, or (receivership, judicial reorganization, judicial redress, judicial review, legal redress, etc...) before a company files for bankruptcy. In some countries, it's even called "bankruptcy protection".
