Bookmarking apps (like raindrop.io) but encrypted with offline storage?

I've been using raindrop.io for a long time and have loved every second of it. But their cloud stuff isn't E2E encrypted, and I'm worried about my privacy. I'd love to hear if anyone knows of any apps similar to Raindrop that are:

* E2E encrypted * support tagging and foldering * save an "offline" copy of any pages I bookmark

I know I can download local copies or use a cloud service like MEGA, but they don't retain links to their point of origin, and I have NEVER been able to figure out a good way to keep them organized with metadata, especially since some things (like a folder with pages of a comic book, for example) can only be saved as directories, which don't support custom metadata on like 90% of OSes in existence.
