Local Rewind.ai Alternative?

I was a paying user of Rewind.ai and loved it. They stopped development of the local one, and are doing a cloud based one instead.

What's a good MacOS local alternative that people like? I use rewind so I can take notes to myself while working by myself (automatic ongoing transcription) and so I can jog my memory about what I've been looking at (scroll back at my last 10 minutes or so of screen).
